ERP Implementation Consultant

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Specialist role focuses on learning how to support customers as they implement Deltek’s ERP solutions. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working with ERP systems while supporting real customer projects.

We provide training in ERP configuration, business processes, and core consulting skills, and you will work alongside experienced team members to help guide customers through system transitions, building a strong foundation for a career in Professional Services.

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
·Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
·Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
·Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
·Proficiency with AI tools for task optimization

Desirable:

·Previous ERP software training or implementation experience
·2+ years of experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Business Management
